YOUR FISH, AS FRESH AS IT GETS!

Have the complete experience! Catch a fish with us and finish the day enjoying eating it with a cocktail in hand, overlooking the sea. In true Cayman style, as fresh as it gets. Whenever we are on a charter and a good edible fish is caught, we encourage our guest to extend with this option. We can take you and your fish to Tukka Restaurant in West Bay. Here, our crew will clean your catch right in front of you. We send the fish up to the kitchen and the chef can fix up the perfect fresh fish dinner.

Otherwise, it’s standard for us to send our guests home with 1/4-3/4 of the fish caught and kept, should you wish.
